Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities :-
Act as strategic partner achieving Company's Sales Targets
To maintain and enhance Relationships with Customers and Channel Partners
Substantiate presence of the Company's brand and product offerings
Enhance market share by regularly exploring new business opportunities
Maintaining updated Market Intelligence
Updating Company's management about the market growth potential and supporting in formulating business strategy
Continuously acquire new customers and establish new products with existing customers
Managing technical queries & resolving them with help of the team
Interact with R&D and provide inputs on the potential for new products and improvements in existing products functionalities
Willing to travel 10-15 days in a month (or as required)

Good Selling Skills, Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
Matured and Confident
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Excellent Verbal , Listening & Written Communication Skills (English and Hindi)
Distillery and sugar market knowledge and experience
Enzyme industry knowledge and experience (will be useful)
