R&D works on the principle of finding solutions through biologicals and creating chemical free environmental friendly solutions and has diversified into industries, waste management etc.

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Act as strategic partner achieving Company's Sales Targets
  • To maintain and enhance Relationships with Customers and Channel Partners
  • Substantiate presence of the Company's brand and product offerings
  • Enhance market share by regularly exploring new business opportunities
  • Maintaining updated Market Intelligence
  • Updating Company's management about the market growth potential and supporting in formulating business strategy
  • Continuously acquire new customers and establish new products with existing customers
  • Managing technical queries & resolving them with help of the team
  • Interact with R&D and provide inputs on the potential for new products and improvements in existing products functionalities
  • Willing to travel 10-15 days in a month (or as required)

Desired Candidate Profile :-

  • Good Selling Skills, Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
  • Matured and Confident
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Verbal , Listening & Written Communication Skills (English and Hindi)
  • Distillery and sugar market knowledge and experience
  • Enzyme industry knowledge and experience (will be useful)
