The fungus Ampelomyces quisqualis present in Milgo is a naturally occurring hyper parasite of powdery mildew. This parasitism reduces growth by directly penetrating the hyphae and conidia of disease causing fungus in approximately 7 – 10 days. Thereafter, Milgo produces spores inside disease causing organism and ultimately kills it.
Foliar Spray – At the time of emergence of disease dissolve 5- 10 ml product per litre of water and give 2 – 3 sprays on the standing crop at weekly interval.
